Since its establishment in 1988, Brendan Lees Developments has been recognised as one of the most prestigious commercial and residential property developers in the South Staffordshire area.

Whilst currently boasting a portfolio largely comprised of commercial developments, the company’s founder, Brendan Lees, gained his experience and reputation as a builder of luxury homes.

In 1988 the company acquired a derelict site on the outskirts of Cannock, and transformed the nine-acre plot into what is still one of the area’s most sought-after commercial developments, providing office and industrial spaces to reputable clients. This successful growth period laid the foundations for the company’s expansion into the commercial property sector.

Today, Brendan Lees Developments’ team of construction industry experts continues to seek investment and development opportunities within the UK, in cooperation with property agents Andrew Dixon & Company.

– 1988: Inception

Following on from Brendan Lees’ success as a sole trader, BLD was established and staked its claim in the development industry. BLD would soon be building up to 50 houses a year.

– 1989: Ridings Park

BLD transformed a derelict 6-acre plot on the outskirts of Cannock into what would become one of the area’s most thriving business hubs, providing a combination of office and industrial space.

– 1997: Recognition

The quality and excellence of BLD’s residential property development was recognised for four consecutive years, as the company is awarded the prestigious Birmingham Post and Evening Mail House Builder Awards.

– 2019: A New Look

After 30 successful years in the property industry, BLD has no intention of slowing down. Whilst 2019 represents a new chapter and a new image for the company, we will continue to provide the same award-winning services our clients have opted for and trusted in since our inception.
